Flight reservation (not ticket), hotel bookings for entire stay, day-by-day itinerary, Schengen-compliant travel insurance (€30,000 cover, €1,500 medical), forex card or traveller's cheques.
For employed: employer's NOC letter, leave approval, salary slips. For self-employed: GST/business registration, partnership deed. For students: bonafide certificate, parent's sponsorship.

Standard processing: 15 working days from VFS submission. With us, expect: 5–7 days for document prep + 15–20 working days at embassy = approximately 3–4 weeks total. Apply at least 6 weeks before travel for safety. Express processing available for some countries (₹2,500 extra).
In 2025-2026: France (around 92%), Switzerland (around 90%), Italy (around 88%), Spain (around 87%) had the highest approval rates for Indian applicants. Germany is strict but fair (around 85%). We recommend the right country based on your profile during free consultation.
Embassy fee: €80 (around ₹7,500), VFS service charge: ₹2,000–2,500. Total embassy + VFS: around ₹9,500. Add our service charge ₹3,500–12,999 depending on tier chosen. Total expect to spend ₹13,000–22,500 per person for visa-only services.

Yes — flight reservation (not actual ticket) and confirmed hotel bookings for your entire stay are mandatory. Our Premium service includes both. Don't book actual flight tickets before visa approval — keep them as reservations or fully refundable bookings.
Minimum recommended: ₹1 lakh per person + ₹50,000 per additional day of stay. So for a 7-day France trip: ₹1.5–2 lakh in your bank account, with at least 3 months of consistent transactions. Higher balance = stronger application.
Yes — students, housewives, retired persons can apply. You'll need a strong sponsor (usually parent/spouse) with their financial documents, sponsorship affidavit on stamp paper, and clear explanation in covering letter. We handle these cases regularly.
