About Flynk
A travel desk that shows its working
Flynk Tours is a travel and visa desk based in Delhi NCR. We plan international and domestic trips for Indian travellers, and we handle the paperwork that decides whether those trips happen at all.
Flynk was started by a team with hands-on experience inside airline operations — which is why our fare and visa advice is grounded in how aviation actually works.
Why we exist
Most of what an Indian traveller reads about visas online is written by someone selling them a visa. Fees appear that the government does not charge. Processing times are invented. A page will tell you a visa costs thirty dollars when the official portal says thirty-six — because thirty is the number that converts. And when an application is refused, nobody explains why. The traveller is simply told to try again.
The holiday side is no better. A price appears with the words “starting from” in front of it, and by the time flights, transfers and the real hotel are added, the number has moved. The exclusions were always there. They were just never said out loud.
We built Flynk around the opposite habit: quote the number, name the source, and put the awkward part in writing before you pay rather than after.
How we handle visa information
Every entry requirement we publish comes from a government primary source — the embassy, the immigration department, or the official application portal — and each visa guide carries the source it came from and the date it was last checked. Where two official sources contradict each other, we show you both rather than quietly choosing the more convenient one. Where a government publishes no fixed fee, we say so instead of inventing a rupee figure we cannot stand behind.
Rules change without notice, which is the honest reason a verification date matters more than a confident sentence. If your travel date is months out, we re-check before we file.
What we will not tell you
That your visa is guaranteed. Nobody can promise that — the decision belongs to a government, not to an agent, and a company that says otherwise is either careless or is lying to win your fee. What we can do is tell you plainly when a file looks weak, before you spend money on it. We would rather lose a single application charge than take payment for a submission we expect to fail.
Technology where it helps, a person where it matters
When we take on your visa file you get a Flynk account. You can see which documents we have asked for, which are under review, which have been accepted, and — when something is rejected — the actual reason, so you can correct it instead of guessing. What you upload stays private to your file.
None of that replaces a person. One consultant owns your case from the first message to the boarding gate, and answers with specifics — dates, documents, amounts — rather than asking you to call the office.
