These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Flynk Tours website and services. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Flynk Tours
Flynk Tours is a travel agency based in Delhi NCR, India. We act as an intermediary between you (the traveller) and service providers such as airlines, hotels, visa authorities and local operators.
2. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.
- Prices quoted are valid at the time of quoting and may change until payment is confirmed.
- Full or partial payment is required to confirm a booking.
- Once issued, flight tickets, visa applications and hotel vouchers are subject to the individual provider's cancellation and refund policies.
3. Payments
- We accept payments via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards through verified gateways like Razorpay and Cashfree.
- We do not store your card details.
- GST as applicable will be charged and reflected on the invoice.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by each booking component:
- Flights: Airline cancellation policy applies (typically ₹3,000–₹6,000 charges for domestic; ₹8,000+ for international).
- Hotels: Policy varies by hotel. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled.
- Tour packages: A service fee of ₹2,000–₹5,000 per person applies on top of supplier charges.
- Visas: Visa fees paid to embassies / consulates are non-refundable once submitted.
Full cancellation policy is shared in writing before booking confirmation. Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.
5. Visa Services
- We assist with visa documentation and submission. We do not issue visas — visa approval is at the discretion of embassies and consulates.
- Flynk cannot guarantee visa approval. In case of refusal, service fees are non-refundable.
- It is the traveller's responsibility to verify visa rules from the official embassy website.
6. Traveller's Responsibilities
- Providing accurate personal and travel information.
- Ensuring valid passport (6+ months validity beyond travel dates).
- Arriving at airports/hotels on time as per the itinerary.
- Purchasing adequate travel insurance.
- Following all local laws and customs during travel.
7. Limitation of Liability
Flynk Tours acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or local operators.
- Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest or other force majeure events.
- Personal injury, loss of baggage, theft or accidents during travel (travel insurance recommended).
- Denied boarding or entry into destination countries by authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, design — is the property of Flynk Tours or licensed for our use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially use any content without written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be on this page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.
