These terms govern your use of flynktours.com and the services provided by Flynk Tours — tour packages, visa assistance and study-abroad assistance. By using our website or booking any service, you agree to these terms.
We arrange travel services — visa assistance, holiday packages and related bookings. For many services we act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport operators), and for visa services we assist you with preparing and submitting applications to the relevant government/embassy channels. Suppliers and authorities have their own terms, which also apply to your booking. Guides published on this site are informational; requirements, fees and timelines are confirmed individually for your case before you pay anything.
Quotes are based on the details you provide and on availability at the time of quoting and may change until a booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required payment/advance and issue a written confirmation. Prices are in INR and exclude items listed as not included in your quote. Applicable government fees, taxes and service charges are shown before payment. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in pricing or descriptions.
We provide assistance with visa documentation and submission. We are not a government body and do not issue visas. Approval, processing time, validity and entry are decided solely by the relevant government authority and are outside our control — we do not guarantee visa approval or any timeline. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the documents you provide; we are not liable for rejections, delays or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or misleading information, or by changes in government rules. Government and processing fees may be non-refundable once an application is submitted.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents; to hold a passport with adequate validity and meet all entry, health and insurance requirements for your destination; to check travel advisories and comply with local laws; and to be responsible for your own conduct during travel. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance — travelling uninsured is at your own risk.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount of the service fee we received for that service; we are not liable for the acts or defaults of third-party suppliers or authorities, nor for indirect or consequential losses, nor for events beyond our reasonable control.
