Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 — Arrive Singapore, city tour
Met at Changi and driven to the hotel, about 25 minutes. Bags down, then the half day city tour: Merlion Park, the Padang and the civic district, Little India and Chinatown, with a stop at the Gardens by the Bay perimeter. Evening free at Clarke Quay or along the bay.
Day 2 — Sentosa: cable car, Madame Tussauds, Wings of Time
A full day on Sentosa. The cable car crosses from Mount Faber with the harbour underneath. Madame Tussauds runs as a four-in-one, which includes the Spirit of Singapore boat ride. Wings of Time is the water and light show on the beach after dark, and your seats are booked.
Day 3 — Universal Studios and the Night Safari
Universal Studios opens at ten and the queues are shortest in the first hour, so go early. Back to the hotel in the late afternoon to rest, because the Night Safari runs from 7pm: a tram through the enclosures and walking trails you can do after.
Day 4 — Departure from Singapore
Breakfast, then the transfer to Changi. If your flight is late, the hotel will usually hold bags after check-out and Jewel at the airport is worth an hour on its own.
